A better way to compare a stay
CityReach is designed to help travellers weigh room cost against the time and effort of getting into the centre. Search for a city, dates, guests and rooms. Then compare the room rate for each stay, the estimated stay total, and outward and return journeys at the local times you choose.
How the sample costs work
Each fictional room rate is shown per room, per night. The room total multiplies that rate by the number of nights and rooms you selected. A transport estimate, when its sample fare is known, uses the fare per person for a return trip, the number of guests, your selected return trips per day and the nights in the stay.
If a sample fare is unknown, CityReach leaves transport and combined cost incomplete. Unknown fares are never treated as free. Sample prices stay fixed when you change dates or occupancy, and they do not confirm that a room can fit your party.
Two directions, at your chosen times
Outward and return journeys are assessed separately using local city times. The sample service patterns are fictional examples. Where a sample interval is supplied, the comparison estimates an expected wait as half that interval. If frequency is unknown, journey time stays unknown rather than being shortened by an invented wait.
An adjustable comparison
Choose how much the score should favour lower cost or shorter journeys. CityReach scales known costs and two-way journey times from 0, the best value in the current filtered sample, to 100, the highest. It combines those values using your chosen balance. Filters and transport choices change which stays are included, so the comparison and score can change too. The displayed prices and journey measures remain available alongside the score.

The current preview contains fictional examples for Athens, London, Paris, Lisbon and Berlin. CityReach has no live hotel availability, current prices, booking links or real public transport timetables. It does not book rooms or verify a route. Before planning or booking, confirm the room offer and terms directly with the hotel or booking provider, and check journey times and service with the local transport operator.
